"Simple site, no unnecessary hassle"

I ended up returning an oil that wasn’t really for me. The refund did come through after maybe a little longer than I expected. Support was okay overall, just seemed to move kind of slowly.

"Quick shipping and felt reliable"
I’ve ordered from Edens Garden a few times now, my gut feeling after each order has been that they’re dependable. The shipping has been quick, everything arrived around when I expected it to, and nothing showed up leaking or missing. The tracking was easy enough to keep an eye on too. I’m giving 4 stars just because one order came a day later than expected, but it didn’t really bother me much. Overall, it just feels like a reliable place to order from.

"Arrived safely with no leaks"
Everything showed up packed well and there were no leaks, so that was great. I just wish the instructions were a little clearer, but overall it arrived in good shape.

"Great help when you're new to oils"
I’m still new to essential oils, and Edens Garden made it feel a lot less overwhelming. Their tips and safety info are simple to understand without a bunch of confusing wording. I really appreciated learning how to dilute oils properly and use them safely. Overall, it’s been a really helpful resource for getting started.

"Really good value for the quality"
I’ve ordered from Edens Garden a handful of times now, the prices are a big part of why I keep going back. To me, the oils feel like they’re a step above what I expected for the cost, especially compared with some other brands I’ve browsed that are way more expensive.

Shipping has been easy and everything has arrived packed well, so I haven’t had any issues there either. I’m not an expert or anything, but from my experience, it feels like a solid deal for everyday use. Just good quality without feeling like I’m overpaying.

"i’ve ordered from Edens Garden a few..."
i’ve ordered from Edens Garden a few times now, and i’ve been happy with the selection. they have a lot of oils to choose from, including some blends i don’t usually see other places.

most of the things i wanted were in stock, which made ordering easy. one item i was watching was sold out once, but it did come back later. overall, it’s been a good experience.

"Fast help and super nice support"
I had a question about my order so I emailed Edens Garden, wasn’t thinking I’d hear back that quick. But they replied the same day, which was a nice surprise. The person helping me was really friendly too and actually answered my question, not just some copy paste thing.
They got everything figured out fast and there wasn’t a bunch of annoying back and forth. It was just easy, and I really appreciated that.
